These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website goldenticketguide.com (the "Site") and the digital products and services offered through it (together, the "Service"), operated by UAB "Laborix Group", a Lithuanian private limited company with registered office at Aušros g. 16-2, Jakšių k., Pernaravos sen., Kėdainių r. sav., LT-58229, Lithuania ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service consists of three digital e-books on the subjects of jobs, visas, and life in Europe, delivered through access to a private Telegram channel operated by us (the "Channel"). The Service also includes an entry into the Golden Ticket bonus draw, the rules of which are published inside the Channel.
The Service is a digital product. There are no physical goods and no physical shipping of any kind. The purchase price grants a lifetime right of access to the Channel for the individual buyer only.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase;
- the information you provide at checkout is accurate and belongs to you;
- you will not share, resell, forward, or otherwise distribute your Telegram invite link, the Channel content, or any materials inside the Channel;
- you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other users' access to the Channel.
We may revoke access to the Channel without refund if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms (for example, by sharing your invite link publicly or by republishing the content).
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the Site in Indian Rupees (₹INR) with a USD reference figure for orientation. Payment is processed through our payment service provider for Indian customers. We do not store full payment-card or UPI credentials ourselves; the payment provider handles that under its own terms and security certifications.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive a one-time, time-limited invite link to the Channel both on the confirmation screen and by email. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content inside the Channel — the e-books, any supporting materials, images, templates, and discussion content — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and read the content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from the content.
7. The Golden Ticket bonus
Every bundle purchase includes one automatic entry into the Golden Ticket draw. The detailed rules — including the prize, the draw mechanism, eligibility conditions, and the date and manner of announcement — are published inside the Channel. The Golden Ticket is a bonus; it does not form the primary consideration for your purchase, and no refund will be issued on the basis of the Golden Ticket outcome.
8. No professional advice
The content of the e-books is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, employment, or any other professional advice. Immigration rules, visa procedures, and tax rules change frequently and vary by country and by individual circumstances. Always verify current rules with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before acting on anything contained in the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, visa denials, employment outcomes, or any decisions made by you or any third party based on content accessed through the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service, including the content inside the Channel, from time to time. We may also update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify buyers by a reasonable method (for example, a post inside the Channel or an email). Continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, except that a consumer may always bring proceedings in the consumer's country of residence where applicable mandatory consumer-protection law so requires.
